Can I drive the Motorhome?
We are able to insure drivers between the ages of 25-75 who have held their Full Valid Driving License for more than 2 years. We include within the hire cost Comprehensive Insurance for 2 drivers as standard (excess applies), a third can be added at a small additional cost. All drivers must be present at the time of collection of the Motorhome.
I have points on my Licence, can I still drive?
Our insurers will accept up to 2 sets of speeding fines (ie SP30). We do however still need to know about these.
How old are the Motorhomes?
Our motor homes are brand new 2017 models.

What idenitification do I need?
You will need an up to date driving licence showing your current address as well as two recent utility bills to support this. If you have an old paper driving licence a secondary piece of photographic identification will be required (ie passport). All drivers must have the correct documentation at the point of pick up.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, our site has free parking. (For 1 car)
Do you have Air & Rail connections nearby?
Yes, Darlington and Dinsdale train stations are very close by and are a short taxi journey away, we are situated on Durham Tees Valley Airport itself should you be traveling by air.
How many people can I travel in my motorhome?
In order to travel in a Motorhome, just like a normal vehicle, you must be wearing a seatbelt. Our fleet come equipped with 6 seat belts.
Do you have smoker friendly motorhomes?
Due to legislation no smoking is allowed in our motorhomes and any infringement in these rules wil result in a fine to cover the cost of cleaning the motorhome.
What are your usual collection and drop-off times for hire vehicles? What happens if I am late?
All motorhomes are usually ready for collection by 2pm but please just ask and we will do our best to arrange a time that is convenient for you. Vehicles are usually booked to be returned by 12pm (noon), as this then gives us the time to clean and prepare the vehicle for the next customer. You are welcome to return vehicles earlier than planned if you wish to do so but we regret we are unlikely to be able to offer a refund for unused days .

International licence holders
Provided you meet our usual eligibility criteria then a full international licence is usually acceptable, although we do recommend that you check with us and your licence issuer.
UK full licence holders obtained before 01 January 1997
Provided you meet our usual eligibility criteria (see our Terms & Conditions of Hire) then your full UK licence with the usual entitlement of categories B and C1 will enable you to drive any of our motorhomes.
UK full licence holders obtained since 01 January 1997
Provided you meet our usual eligibility criteria (see our Terms & Conditions of Hire) then your full UK licence with the usual entitlement of category B allows you to drive any car/motorhome up to a maximum authorised mass (MAM) of 3500kg. This will allow you to drive ALL of our motorhomes

Do your motorhomes run on petrol or diesel fuel?
All our motorhomes run on diesel fuel. On collection, the vehicles will be full of fuel. It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure that the fuel tank is full of the correct fuel before its return.
Can I take a pet?
Yes, one well-behaved pet is permitted subject to a deposit.
Do you supply bedding?
No, due to allergy reasons we do not supply bedding or towels.
